- We do not warrant that information we provide will meet the User’s health or medical requirements.
- JHI web site is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis,or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor with any questions regarding a medical condition.
- The information we provide on JHI web site, consulting or workshop services JHI provide are aiming at assisting the Users’ and/or Members’ administrative tasks and not intending to provide any medical advice.
- Home testing does not 100% determine your medical diagnosis. Always seek help from a physician for treatment decisions. We do not accept any liability to users for usage of the kit.
Changes to Terms
- JHI may change and update these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time.
- From the first time, User’s continued usage of the JHI website will mean Users accept those changes.
Liability
- The use of the JHI site, its content and home testing kits is at the User’s own risk. We do not accept any liability to you for any of the loss or damage, which you may suffer as a result of your use of JHI web site.
- We exclude any liability to you in case JHI web site should not be available at any particular time.
- We do not accept any liability to you if we fail, or are interrupted or delayed in the performance of any obligation because of the failure of any telecommunications or computer services, systems, equipment or software operated or provided by you or any third party or any other event not reasonably within our control.

- Any link provided on JHI is solely for your convenience.
Sales Contract
Under this Service, a sales contract shall be formed when a User submits a purchase request to JHI and JHI notifies the User of its acceptance of said request.
JHI may terminate the sales contract described in the preceding paragraph without prior notice to the user if any of the following circumstances apply:
- If the user violates these Terms of Service
- If delivery of the product cannot be completed due to an undeliverable address or prolonged absence
- Or if JH determines that the relationship of trust between JHI and the user has been compromised.
Payment methods, shipping methods, procedures for canceling purchase requests, and return procedures related to this Service shall be governed by the methods separately established by JHI.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
JHI does not warrant that the Service is free from any factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., as well as errors, bugs, and infringements of rights).
JHI shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of the Service. However, if the contract between the JHI and the User regarding the Service (including these Terms) constitutes a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer of liability shall not apply; however, even in such cases, JHI shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User arising from a breach of contract or tort due to JHI’s negligence (excluding gross negligence), including damages arising from special circumstances (even if JHI or the User foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of such damages).
We assume no liability whatsoever for any transactions, communications, disputes, or other matters arising between a User and other Users or third parties in connection with the Service.
Changes to Service Content
JHI may change the content of the Service or suspend the provision of the Service without notice to Users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result.
Notices and Communications
Notices and communications between the User and JHI shall be made in the manner specified by JHI. Unless the User submits a notice of change in accordance with the procedures separately specified by the JHI, JHI shall deem the currently registered contact information to be valid and shall send notices and communications to such contact information; such notices and communications shall be deemed to have been received by the User at the time they are sent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Furthermore, the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods to this Service is hereby excluded.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this Service, the courts having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
